# Deposit

You can deposit any supported cryptocurrency to Mass from any supported network.

Each asset has a preferred network, which we recommend using for the fastest and smoothest experience.

If you deposit an asset on a different network among the list of [Supported networks](/general/crypto/supported-networks.md), don't worry, you'll be able to migrate it to the preferred network directly within the app.

If you deposit an asset on a network that Mass does not support, the funds may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
