Top up your cash balances with fiat

KYC is required if you want to fund your Mass accounts with fiat or withdraw fiat from Mass. If you choose not to complete KYC, all other features remain fully accessible.

While cash balances are displayed in USD using a custom Mass icon, the underlying assets are:

• USDC for Crypto, Perps, and Stocks accounts.

• pUSD for Predict accounts (the native stablecoin used by Polymarket).

Each virtual account is opened in your name. For example, if your name is Paul Joe, the account will be registered under Paul Joe, allowing you to send funds from your personal bank account to yourself to top up your cash balances.

Send EUR or USD from your personal bank account to your dedicated virtual account, and the funds will be credited to the Mass cash balance of your choice.

In most cases, your virtual account details can also be used to receive payments from third parties. If third-party payments are not supported for your account, this will be clearly indicated in the app.
